* BanglaHost is not liable for expired domains due to missed payments or incorrect contact details. ---

7. Payments & Billing

* All services must be paid in advance.
* Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer.
* Late payments may result in suspension or permanent termination of your service.
* Hosting fees are non-refundable after 7 days from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified.

8. Backups & Data Responsibility

* Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
* While we may offer backup features, BanglaHost does not guarantee data recovery.
* We recommend downloading full backups of your website regularly. ---

9. Service Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service without notice if:
* You breach these Terms
* Engage in abuse or misuse of our system
* Fail to pay on time

10. Limitation of Liability

BanglaHost will not be held liable for:
